The program — launched Monday amid Hospital Week and Nurses Week — will disperse images and stories of nominated caregivers throughout the health system’s facilities and communications.
In a message to employees, UMass CEO Eric Dickson, MD, wrote, “There is a direct connection between what you do, every day, and our success in accomplishing our goal to become the best place to give care and the best place to get care. Thanks for taking great care of our patients and one another.”
