The proposed $211.2 million, 90-bed hospital would see 56,000 patients each year, according to a study cited by the publication. The project’s planned outpatient center would see an additional 20,000 visits each year, the report states.

South Fayette’s board of commissioners will discuss conditional use zoning for a 16.7-acre area for the hospital Wednesday. The conditional use zoning is required for the hospital to be constructed.
