The solution includes a talent marketplace and matching algorithm. Through the solution, hospital human resources and talent acquisition managers may use Pivot Health’s clinicians’ network to identify prime candidates for certain positions, company officials said. They added, “Our matching algorithm leverages off-resume attributes, such as skills, strengths and indicators of cultural fit, to improve hiring outcomes and retention.”
Clinicians can also use the solution in their job search. Pivot Health said eligible clinicians have the opportunity to join the company’s talent network.
