Unionized nurses at Northern Maine Medical Center in Fort Kent are asking for the reinstatement of a nurse they say was "unjustly fired" without cause. 

Members of the New York State Nurses Association at Northwell Health's Long Island Jewish Valley Stream (N.Y.) and Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead, N.Y., plan to strike beginning Feb. 21.
