Researchers surveyed a representative sample of 3,000 oncologists between Oct. 2012 and Jan. 2013.
While 83 percent were reported satisfaction with their career, and 80 percent with their choice of specialty, 45 percent had at least one symptom of burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, etc).
