Happiness in the workplace

According to Kronos Incorporated’s recent survey, “thank you” could be the simple difference to retaining employees and keeping them happy in the workplace.

The Workforce Institute at Kronos commissioned an online survey of more than 850 US workers, conducted in February by Harris Poll, to explore what brings day-to-day happiness to employees. Receiving a simple “thank you,” positive feedback and co-worker relationships rank as significant aspects to how appreciated people feel at work.
