Dignity Health Sells Diagnostic Labs

San Francisco-based Dignity Health has signed a definitive agreement with Quest Diagnostics to sell its clinical outreach labs.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close in June.

The sale does not include Dignity Health’s hospital-based labs. It only includes its diagnostic services provided to patients and physician offices in California and Nevada.
