The health system said it is looking to fill various nursing positions at all five of its hospitals around the metro Birmingham area.
BBH is offering an $8,000 hiring bonus to eligible nurses for new registered nurse graduates and a maximum of $10,000 for experienced med/surg nurses who have at least two years of experience, according to a news release.
“There is a great need for experienced nursing professionals and we know it takes a special person to work in healthcare,” Donna Scoggins, director of recruiting at BBH, said in the release. “We are committed to providing our employees with an enriching and rewarding environment at Brookwood Baptist Health.”
This month’s hiring event is scheduled for 1 to 6 p.m. March 21 at the Wynfrey Hotel (Hyatt Regency Birmingham).
