The Director of Nursing is responsible for assuring that that services are provided in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner that enhances patient, staff and physician satisfaction. This position will also hire, train and evaluate staff as well as manage quality improvement process. In addition, will be responsible for enhancing practice and service, ensure that the department meets all regulatory body requirements and develop policies for management functions of the department.
Qualifications:
• BS in Nursing
• Licensed in the State of South Dakota as a RN
• Minimum of 3 years experiences in Medical/Surgical environment
• CPR, ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Candidates with management and OR experience preferred.
