2 words that are a must in the business of healthcare

There are two words that I find myself repeating these days and those words are thank you.

As the President at Wound Care Advantage I am thankful to so many people on so many different levels. I am very proud of our team at WCA, because I get to see how passionate they are about helping people every single day. Our people are what drive our culture and this talented team is one of the best in healthcare.

Best Kept Secret In Healthcare

I truly believe that our employees at WCA are the best kept secret in healthcare. Our list of talented individuals continues to grow each week and I am humbled by their skill sets. We have so many unique departments all working towards the same goal of helping patients and saving hospitals money.

I am proud of this group and their abilities and how we continually are following our mission by evolving wound care management. When you work with passionate people who truly care about their work, it leaves you feeling very thankful.

Despite my best efforts I can’t thank these people enough!

Why Patient Care Is Everything

We are nothing without our patients. Our patients are at the forefront of our minds every hour of the day. These patients never asked for or wanted a non-healing wound. These patients take a responsible role in their healing process and work with with our caregivers to get well again. These patients drive every action and decision made in our corporate office in Sierra Madre, and in our centers throughout the country.

The Best Hospitals In The Nation

I am thankful that I get to work with, I feel, some of the best hospitals in America, every day. Our list of clients continues to grow, and that list of amazing teams were are working with makes me appreciate that they get it. The hospitals that we work with understand that, in healthcare, the biggest partner can be far from the best. I am thankful that we are able to bring a proven process to hospitals so that their outpatient wound care program can compete with neighboring hospitals and generate more revenue.

It is easy to get wrapped up in putting out the daily fires in any organization. It is much harder to remember that an honest and sincere thank you goes far for the people you are working with. If I haven’t said thank you to you lately, please take a moment to hear this one.

Thank you, for choosing to work for Wound Care Advantage, and for always making efforts to do the best work possible. I really think many people take this for granted and it shouldn’t be something that isn’t mentioned.

If you are one of our clients, thank you for trusting us with your business. We are dedicated to working with you and committed to our relationship together. If you are a patient, thank you for finding us and trusting us with your chronic and non-healing wounds.
