WVU, Reynolds Memorial Hospital form partnership

Glen Dale, W.Va.-based Reynolds Memorial Hospital will be the ninth hospital to join Morgantown-based West Virginia University Health System.

President and CEO of WVUHS Albert Wright said the partnership will make WVU Medicine the largest employer in the state.

A ceremony commemorating the new affiliation took place on the Reynolds Memorial Campus on Oct. 3. Senator Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), WVU President E. Gordon Gee and CEO of Reynolds Memorial David Hess, MD, among others, were in attendance.
