WVU Medicine, Highlands Hospital partner to open heart clinic

The WVU Heart and Vascular Institute, part of Morgantown-based WVU Medicine, partnered with Connellsville, Pa.-based Highlands Hospital to open a clinic to provide area residents with high quality heart and vascular care.

The clinic will be located in Connellsville and treat patients with a variety of conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart rhythm issues and congestive heart failure.

The financial terms of the agreement, if any, were not disclosed.
