Marshfield Clinic in negotiations to purchase Wisconsin hospital

Marshfield (Wis.) Clinic entered exclusive negotiations to purchase Rusk County Memorial Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital in Ladysmith, Wis., according to The Chippewa Herald.

The negotiations are the result of months of deliberation between the two organizations, according to the report.

The financial terms of the negotiations were not disclosed.
