Willis-Knighton to Operate DeSoto Regional Health System

Willis-Knighton Health System in Shreveport, La., and DeSoto Regional Health System in Mansfield, La., have signed a management agreement in which Willis-Knighton will operate DeSoto Regional.

Financial details of the agreement were not released. Under the deal, Willis-Knighton will control the senior leadership and operations at DeSoto Regional. Willis-Knighton also named Todd Eppler as CEO and administrator of DeSoto Regional.

DeSoto Regional has a 38-bed, acute-care hospital, one primary care clinic and two rural health clinics.
