West Virginia United Health System to Acquire Hospital, Affiliate With Another

Fairmont, W.Va.-based West Virginia United Health System has announced it will acquire St. Joseph’s Hospital in Parkersburg, W.Va., according to a Bloomberg Businessweek report.

Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital, also in Parkersburg, will become an affiliate of the WVUHS, the health system said.

Both agreements are pending approval from state and federal regulators.
