Virginia’s Rockingham Memorial on Pace to Merge With Sentara Next Year

Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg, Va., part of RMH Healthcare, is on pace to merge with Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Healthcare by the start of next year, according to a Daily News Record report.

The two groups agreed to affiliate in July and are currently working to complete due diligence.

Once the deal is complete, RMH will be Sentara’s ninth hospital.
