Vanguard’s Baptist Health System Acquires Heart and Vascular Institute of Texas

San Antonio-based Baptist Health System, part of Nashville-based Vanguard Health Systems, has acquired the Heart and Vascular Institute of Texas, according to a Baptist news release.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HVIT is comprised of 13 physicians with five office locations throughout South-Central Texas.
