The California attorney general’s office will review the agreement, under which the 158-bed Verdugo Hills will pair its emergency, stroke, cardiac rehabilitation, diagnostic, labor and delivery services with the nationally-ranked specialties offered by Keck Medical Center, which includes Keck Hospital of USC and USC Norris Cancer Hospital.
