Susquehanna is a four-hospital integrated health system in northern Pennsylvania comprised of Divine Providence Hospital in Williamsport, Muncy (Pa.) Valley Hospital, Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital in Wellsboro and Williamsport Regional Medical Center.
Susquehanna Health board of directors chairwoman Ann Pepperman said the board had been looking for a healthcare partner that would compliment Susquehanna’s faith-based, service-oriented culture and had a proven track record of investing in community health services.
