The strategic partnership was formed to collaborate on initiatives for educational conferences, standards in patient care and continuing medical education for physicians, nurses and other health professionals.

“It is an historic occasion for both organizations. We are very excited about the partnership and for an internationally recognized and prestigious institution like Penn Medicine to partner with us, a private and multinational provider health system, speaks volumes for us,” Shamsheer Vayalil, MD, managing director of VPS Healthcare, said in a statement.
