The Together Health Network is a statewide, physician-led clinically integrated network of healthcare providers founded by St. Louis-based Ascension and Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health officials in 2014.
UMHS will provide specialized quaternary healthcare to individuals in the network, according to the report.
According to the agreement, the Together Health Network will add UMHS representatives to the board and other various committees.
Ascension and Trinity Health will retain majority equity interest in the network.
