The acquisition includes the hospital’s related businesses, physician clinic operations and outpatient services, according to a Sept. 13 news release shared with Becker’s. The hospital will continue operations with no interruption through the transition.
A team with Union Health’s human resources department will work with Terre Haute Regional Hospital, to extend job offers and answer employee questions.
