UNC Health Care Forms Committee to Review WakeMed Offer

Chapel Hill-based UNC Health Care System has formed a committee to review the $750 million acquisition offer by Raleigh, N.C.-based WakeMed Health and Hospitals, according to a Republic report.

The committee plans to make a recommendation to UNC Health Care’s board within six weeks.
