Trinity Health expands network in New York

St. Joseph's Health, a nonprofit system based in Syracuse, N.Y., is now a member of Livonia, Mich.-based Trinity Health.

As a member of Trinity Health, St. Joseph's will continue to manage and operate its facilities, programs and local patient care.

"As Trinity Health grows, our national strategy is to continue to partner with organizations that share our commitment to excellence and people-centered care," said Scott Nordlund, executive vice president for growth, strategy and innovation for Trinity Health. "We're glad to welcome St. Joseph's to our health system and look forward to all that our work together can accomplish."

St. Joseph's is the third member of Trinity Health's network in New York, joining Catholic Health System in Buffalo and St. Peter's Health Partners in Albany.
