Texas Health and Adventist Health, the parent company of Huguley Memorial, signed a letter of intent earlier this month. Under the agreement, Huguley Memorial will remain a non-profit, faith-based organization, but the medical center is expected to adopt the Texas Health brand over time. The joint venture will be effective May 1.
