Tennessee’s IASIS Healthcare Acquires Brim Holdings

Franklin, Tenn.-based IASIS Healthcare announced an agreement to purchase Brim Holdings of Brentwood, Tenn., for $95 million, according to an IASIS news release.

IASIS will acquire Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas, and Pikes Peak Regional Hospital in Woodland Park, Colo., from Brim. The combined revenue of the two facilities is approximately $120 million, according to the release.

Brim’s health technology solutions and hospital management businesses will remain with current majority owner, Altaris Capital Partners, based in New York City.
