Anesthesiologists Associated is a private physician group practice made up of 34 anesthesiologists, 100 anesthetists and 24 staff members. The practice provides a wide spectrum of anesthesia services to four hospitals and two surgery centers.
Pediatric Surgical and Associates is a pediatric surgery physician group with six pediatric surgeons and 15 clinical staff members. It is the second pediatric surgery group acquired by MEDNAX.
MEDNAX’s American Anesthesiology division now has 1,475 anesthesia providers, including 600 physicians and 875 anesthetists in eight states.
