Temple University Health, Fox Chase Cancer Center Exploring Affiliation

Temple University Health System in Philadelphia and Fox Chase Cancer Center, also in Philadelphia, have signed a letter of intent to explore an affiliation, according to Philadelphia Inquirer article.

The groups did not disclose specifics of the potential affiliation.

Temple’s bone marrow transplant program currently serves Fox Chase, and Fox Chase and Temple’s Jeanes Hospital already share some services. Temple medical residents also train at Fox Chase, according to the report.
