TeamHealth acquires operations of Tri-City Emergency Medical Group

Knoxville, Tenn.-based TeamHealth, a physician services organization, has acquired the operations of Oceanside, Calif.-based Tri-City Emergency Medical Group.

Tri-City Emergency Medical Group delivers care to approximately 70,000 patients each year through the staffing and management of the Tri-City Medical Center emergency department.
