Advanced ICU Care specialists will support patients and staff at the medical center from the company’s eight operation centers. The technology centers rely on proactive data management tools to identify issues and will integrate with the medical center’s existing EHR system to provide two-way video viewing access in each patient’s room to facilitate face-to-face consultation.
The tele-ICU services went live at the medical center Oct. 4.
