The state approved a certificate of need, allowing Skagit’s 30-year lease of CVHC to begin June 1.
“When you look at our collective system — we’ll have 16 clinics combined between us — it forms a nice geographic net over the region of Skagit and north Snohomish [counties],” Skagit Regional Health CEO Gregg Davidson told the Puget Sound Business Journal.
