The total cost of the acquisition is roughly $908,000. Rennova President and CEO Seamus Lagan said Jellico Community Hospital and CarePlus Center are expected to generate approximately $12 million in collectible net revenue per year.
With the addition of the new facilities, Rennova owns three hospitals and two physician offices.
