Affinity Health in Wisconsin Sold to Ministry Health Care

Glendale, Wis.-based Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare has sold its ownership stake in Menasha, Wis.-based Affinity Health System to Ministry Health Care in Milwaukee, according to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel report.

The purchase price was not disclosed, according to the report. Affinity operates three hospitals, 26 clinics, a medical group with roughly 300 physicians and other healthcare entities.

The deal will bring Ministry’s total number of hospitals to 19.
