Through the acquisition, RCCA added six cancer specialists to its network of independent practices.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“We are proud and excited…with the establishment of this new division in Connecticut,” said Edward Licitra, chairperson of the board of RCCA. “We look forward to working with our Connecticut-based colleagues to further extend [our] record of outstanding patient care delivered in the community setting.”
