However, Prime told the San Jose Mercury News that several of the recommendations will “require further clarification.”
The report notes that if differences are serious enough, it could impact Prime’s ability to finalize the sale, as well as some Prime publicity campaigns that were recently launched.
California Attorney General Kamala Harris has until Feb. 6 to decide on the proposed sale.
