Harrisburg, Pa.-based PinnacleHealth inked a deal to affiliate with AllBetterCare Urgent Care Center, which maintains locations in Carlisle, Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg, Pa.
ABC Urgent Care will retain its staff, medical providers and management at all three locations.
Officials expect to complete the transaction in early fall.
The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
