With a focus on signing a letter of intent, the three organizations will engage in a due diligence process over the next several months to develop the terms of their partnership agreement, according to the report.
Although partnership plans have advanced, a spokesperson from CarolinaEast told the Sun Journal, it will be several months before any definite plans on how the organizations would work together is announced.
