The goal of the partnership is to improve coordination, continuity and access to high-quality healthcare. Through the agreement, patients will have the opportunity to be directly admitted or transferred to various Norton Healthcare facilities via the Norton Healthcare Access Center. Patients will also be able to remotely access their medical records stored in the health system’s EMR system.

“Norton Healthcare offers medical expertise covering more than 20 specialty areas. The partnership will provide an opportunity for physicians and providers across Kentucky to collaborate on specialized care for patients,” said Michael Esposito, system vice president and chief network development officer for Norton Healthcare.
