New London Hospital Plans Partnership With Dartmouth-Hitchcock

A proposed affiliation between Lebanon, N.H.-based Dartmouth-Hitchcock and New London (N.H.) Hospital could go before the state’s attorney general by next week, according to a report by the Valley News.

Filing the proposal would initiate a 120-day period to review the hospitals’ plans to pool administrative services and expand clinical services regionally. Under the proposal, Dartmouth-Hitchcock officials would make up about one-third of New London’s board.

Financial details of the affiliation were not disclosed.
