Officials said the hospital’s current management agreement expires in October. Freeman Health System will assume management of the hospital Nov. 1, the report states.

The hospital is owned and managed by the city of Nevada. Officials said the change in management will not affect Nevada Regional’s brand or the services it offers, according to the report.

The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
