Montefiore Health System partners with Quest Diagnostics for lab services

Bronx, N.Y.-based Montefiore Health System inked a partnership agreement with Quest Diagnostics allowing the company to provide diagnostic laboratory services at the health system.

According to the agreement, Quest will perform a number of diagnostic tests at the health system’s Teterboro, N.J., lab facility.

“Quest is a unique company committed to innovating new technologies and diagnostic capabilities,” said Philip Ozuah, MD, PhD, COO of Montefiore Health System. “Most importantly, this new venture will allow Montefiore to maintain its laser focus on improving patient care and outcomes, while teaming up with a leader in the field who has access to the most sophisticated diagnostic equipment available.”
