Miami’s Jackson Health System Fails to Respond to Letters of Interest From Boston’s Steward Health

Miami-based Jackson Health System has failed to respond to letters of interest from Boston-based Steward Health Care System by today’s deadline, according to a Miami Herald report.

Steward’s first letter expressing interest in Jackson requested a response by March 1. The second letter, which provided more details on their acquisition offer, set a deadline of March 16.
