Under the agreement, five physicians from the eight-member group will become employees at Lawrence Memorial. The physicians will continue their work at the practice, which was rebranded Reed Internal Medicine, according to the report.
Lawrence Memorial officials told the Journal-World Reed Medical physicians initially approached them about a potential acquisition.
