Under the agreement, LRH will continue to have a local board of directors and two of these members will be appointed to Orlando Health’s board of directors. Additionally, Elaine Thompson, PhD, will remain LRH’s president and CEO. Both hospital foundations will remain under control of their respective health systems.

The financial details of the affiliation were not disclosed.
