Illinois’ CGH Medical Center Finalizes Merger With Clinic

CGH Medical Center in Sterling, Ill., has finalized its merger with Sterling Rock Falls Clinic, according to a news release by the hospital.

The deal brings the Sterling-based primary and specialty physician office into the CGH system, making it an integrated organization.

The merger is expected to improve access to care for patients, increase efficiency and aid in the recruitment and retention of physicians.
