Illinois’ Delnor and Central DuPage Health Sign Agreement to Merge

Geneva, Ill.-based Delnor Health System and Winfield, Ill.-based Central DuPage Health have signed a definitive agreement to merge, according to a CDH news release.

The merger between the 159-bed Delnor and 313-bed CDH is expected to expand the caliber and breadth of healthcare services in Chicago’s western suburbs.  The transaction still needs regulatory review and approval from the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice and Illinois Attorney General, which is expected in the coming months.
