Luke McGuinness to Head New System From Merger of Central DuPage, Delnor

The new system created by the merger of Winfield, Ill.-based Central DuPage Hospital and Geneva, Ill.-based Delnor Hospital will be led by Luke McGuinness, according to a CDH news release.

Mr. McGuinness currently serves as president and CEO of CDH. Michael Vivoda will replace him as president and will become executive vice president of the new system.

Additional leadership changes in CDH were announced, including CFO Jim Spear’s new roles as CFO and executive vice president of the new system and Vice President of Strategic Planning Liz Rosenberg’s new role as executive vice president of strategy and administration of the new system.

Thomas L. Wright, president of Delnor Hospital, will continue in his current position and serve as executive vice president of the new system.
