Oklahoma City-based Integris Health has acquired Plaza Medical Group to create Integris Cardiovascular Physicians, according to a system news release.
Oklahoma City-based PMG has already been affiliated with Integris Baptist Medical Center and Integris Heart Hospital. This integration is inclusive of inpatient, outpatient, physician clinic, mobile outreach and other delivery sites.
Integris Cardiovascular Physicians will be a new wholly-owned subsidiary of Integris. A physician-led board of directors will help guide the new entity. Mel Clark, MD, will serve as its president.
