The report is based on an internal email obtained by the Boston Business Journal. The email, which was signed by Hallmark Health CEO Michael Sack, identified changing models for healthcare delivery and payment as motivation for a possible partnership.
The email said both organizations’ boards of directors are at the beginning stage of exploring opportunities for collaboration, according to the report.
