Elkhart General and Memorial Health System will form a new regional healthcare system and parent company that includes an equal number of board members from each organization. Phil Newbold, president and CEO of Memorial Health System, will serve as CEO of the new system. Elkhart General President Greg Lintjer will become advisor of the new system’s board of directors.
